The Offensive Coordinator will monitor the academic progress of student athletes, work on and off campus to recruit quality student athletes, provide general counseling to athletes, and assist the Head Coach in fundraising and other related special projects. Additional responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all facets of the program to develop a competitive NCAA Division III Football program within the Centennial Conference on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. Reporting to the Head Football Coach, the Offensive Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the offensive unit of the team, including practice and game planning, overall management and coordination of assistant coaches in each offensive position.
